I work with individuals and couples facing pivotal chapters including pregnancy and new parenthood, high-performance sport, and the evolving landscape of intimacy, including non-traditional relationship structures.
My style is collaborative, evidence-informed, and gently challenging. Rooted in person-centred and family systems thinking, attachment science, and Internal Family Systems, my goal is to support clients in such a way that they are able to find security, calm inner conflict, and turn insight into action. My work is trauma-informed, LGBTQ2S+ affirming, and culturally responsive.
Clients describe our time together as insightful, valuable, and sometimes even humorous. Expect to set meaningful goals, face yourself with compassion and accountability, and develop your own tools for creating change.
Out of the therapy room, you'll find me battling garden weeds, shaping clay into decidedly organic bowls, hoisting barbells, or puttering around the coastline with my family. These practices remind me that growth is incremental and strength comes in many forms.
If you’re ready to begin (or begin again), let’s talk.
